Jaewon Choi participated as the youngest delegate at the 2024 UN High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development.
The 2024 forum reviewed progress on the SDGs at the midpoint of the 2030 Agenda. Participating as the youngest delegate, the Executive Director spoke in the SDG acceleration session and met officials including the Republic of Korea's Deputy Permanent Representative.
Bilateral meetings such as this one are conducted by the Office of the Executive Director and the Foundation's observer offices, which maintain working relationships with member states, intergovernmental organisations and civil society partners.
