ITTLLDC and Youth Advisory Board leadership meet UN-OHRLLS on the margins of UNGA81

22 September 2026

On 22 September 2026, Mr. Dulguun Damdin-Od, Executive Director of the International Think Tank for Landlocked Developing Countries (ITTLLDC), accompanied by Mr. Alejandro Nathaniel Lawson, Senior Officer of the Foundation and Head of the Technical Secretariat of the ITTLLDC Youth Advisory Board, met with the Office of the High Representative for the Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Developing Countries and Small Island Developing States (UN-OHRLLS), on the margins of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.

UN-OHRLLS coordinates United Nations support for the most vulnerable groups of countries, including the landlocked developing countries whose interests the ITTLLDC serves.

The meeting continued the engagement of the ITTLLDC and its Youth Advisory Board with partners across the United Nations system during the high-level week, in support of the implementation of the Awaza Programme of Action and the meaningful inclusion of young people in the work on landlocked developing countries.
