Readout of the meeting between Director Jordan Melamed and H.E. President Nasry Asfura of Honduras

Ms. Jordan Melamed, Director for Research of the DMUN Foundation, met His Excellency Mr. Nasry Asfura, President of the Republic of Honduras, on the margins of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The Director and the President held a cordial exchange on matters of relevance to children and youth, including the meaningful participation of young people in national development and in the work of the United Nations.
The Director thanked His Excellency for the exchange and for his attention to the welfare of young people in Honduras and across Central America, and conveyed the greetings of the Foundation’s leadership.
