The Pacific Island Development Forum brings together Pacific states and civil society around resilient development. The conversation focused on practical avenues for cooperation, including stronger representation of small island developing states in UN processes and joint work on the welfare of children and young people in the region.
Bilateral meetings such as this one are conducted by the Office of the Executive Director and the Foundation's observer offices, which maintain working relationships with member states, intergovernmental organisations and civil society partners.
