About
The Board of Trustees holds responsibility for all-important decisions of the Foundation. It oversees our activities in programmatic, financial and administrative matters, and actively safeguards the ethical standards that every organ of the Foundation is bound by.
The Board acts by resolution of a simple majority, assisted by the Membership Committee and advised by the independent oversight offices.
Functions
- Approves policies, partnerships and organizational memberships by resolution
- Conducts regular audits and reviews compliance documentation
- Nominates honorary members and oversees the work of the Secretariat
