Acceptance

By using the websites of the DMUN Foundation, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the websites.

Use of the websites

The Foundation’s websites exist to provide information about the Foundation and access to its free programmes. You agree not to misuse the websites, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with their operation, submitting false or misleading information in applications and registrations, or using them for unlawful purposes.

Programmes and applications

All of the Foundation’s programmes are free of charge. Registration for programmes, and applications for membership, accreditation, adhesion, observer status, funding and positions, are governed by the conditions stated on the relevant pages, by the Foundation’s Constitution and Rules of Procedure, and by decisions of its governing bodies.

Content and intellectual property

The content of the websites, including the Foundation’s name, acronym, emblem and logos, is the property of the DMUN Foundation or its licensors. Use of the name, acronym and emblem is governed by the Политика использования бренда. Content may be quoted with attribution for non-commercial, informational purposes.

External links

The websites link to external sites, including registration platforms and social media. The Foundation is not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The websites and their content are provided in good faith and without warranty of any kind. The Foundation does not accept liability for loss arising from the use of the websites or from reliance on their content, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Communications and events that misuse the Foundation’s name are addressed in the Предупреждение о мошенничествеДоступностьКаталог.

Privacy

The handling of personal information is described in the Политика конфиденциальности.
